Percipio’s consulting team is comprised of three groups: Operational
Improvement, Risk and Controls Management and Business-Technology
Integration. This position is part of our Risk and Controls practice
and contributes to the team by project managing and performing risk
and control analysis and design, SOX preparedness and testing,
internal audit strategy and outsourcing consulting services.
Project Manager, Risk and Controls:
Responsibilities include:
Position based in Portland, Oregon with travel potentially
required
Lead project teams to analyze and audit existing client processes,
identify process improvements and develop and document to-be
processes and controls
Define and analyze operational and financial risks, design
mitigating controls and escalate appropriate issues
Design, track and present high level project management
deliverables which monitor scope, budget, schedule and quality of
the solution delivered to the client
Facilitate client change management around Risk and Controls
including formal communication and training plans
Assist in project planning, weighing difficult priorities against
timelines
Manage, mentor and develop Percipio staff
Requirements:
Seven years of Business Consulting and/or Audit/Accounting
experience
Experience with Sarbanes–Oxley S404 and/or Internal / External
audit compliance
Advanced problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience mentoring and supervising project teams
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent
combination of education and experience in consulting/auditing
7 years of Business Consulting and/or Audit/Accounting experience
CPA or equivalent certification; Global Firm auditing or
consulting background preferred

The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for coordinating the annual
budget process and monthly financial forecast process. Will perform
intermediate to advanced financial analyses and lead efforts to
streamline brand assumptions and drivers of financial plans. Partner
and act as a financial liaison with SBU brands and brand teams to
continue to improve business results.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate portions of the annual budget and serve as a key
driver of the process.
Coordinate monthly forecasting efforts and monthly financial
review reporting.
Develop and maintain intermediate to advanced financial
models.
Update and distribute daily, monthly and weekly financial
reports.
Work closely with Brands to coordinate planning and
forecasting efforts; ensuring deadlines are met.
Provide analytical support on variety of ongoing activities
including cost savings, gross margin, merchandise and customer
profitability, and ad-hoc support. Investigate, analyze and
present recommendations regarding various special projects and
reporting needs.
Approach work with a critical eye on the business trends and
take initiative to seek out answers to financial issues facing the
brands and/or the business as a whole. Exhibit professional
conduct in all business relationships, actions and communications.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or
related field or equivalent experience which demonstrates required
knowledge, skills and abilities.
3-5 years experience in financial planning and analytics
(preferably in a retail or catalog environment).
Proven proficiency with advanced Excel applications, MS Word
and PowerPoint; experience with financial systems a plus.
Experience in financial modeling and project management.
Demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize
workload with high degree of accuracy and minimal supervision in a
fast paced environment.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational
skills.
Ability to interpret data and provide relevant conclusions
and recommendations.
Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication
skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective
business partner relationships at all levels of the organization.
